Managing Agents

The whole Hitchcock Close development was established and built under the careful management of the Trustees of Westbourne Community Trust who will always be the Landlords and owners of these properties.

However it is important they we delegate the day to day management of the properties to experienced experts who can work with tenants.

Our Chosen managing agents are PHA Homes. They provide a secure tenancy portal for our tenants.

On the portal our tenants can:

- Pay their rent
- Request a repair
- Get updates on reported repairs
- Deal with almost any tenancy issues
- Get advice about any anti-social behaviour

We chose PHA Homes to be our managing Agents as they shared the same ethos as us in that above all we want our tenants to enjoy and feel safe in their homes.
