The Future

Now that our first project is successfully completed the Trust is settling into its new role as a landlord for 12 social rent houses with the welfare of its tenants as a major consideration.  So the year ahead is very much focused on adjusting to this new role and stabilising our activities.

We have appointed managing agents, PHA Homes to manage the day-to-day needs of our tenants and our relationship with them is proving to be very successful.  They are doing a great job for us and most importantly for our tenants. They are an established housing association operating in Petersfield with a strong emphasis in considerate and proactive tenant management.

We do not have any immediate plans to take on board any additional development projects at present, but we will always give consideration to opportunities as they arise.  We will continue to support any community project that is beneficial to the wellbeing of Westbourne.
